Annual Observer Reports and the Role of League Observers
The Observers are the eyes and ears of our League. These members attend regular and special meetings of local governmental bodies, without participating, and then report to the board and members about issues under consideration at these meetings and how they relate to our existing positions.
Every year in the spring, the observers present an annual report to the members.
